Is he right? Doesn’t the local DA have discretion? Just wondering. I still hate Holder. Have ever since he represented one of the guys Clinton pardoned. He’s slimy.
Not to mention SUING states that uphold federal law....like Arizona.
Hopefully there is a vast arsenal ready to send the dick packing, if he even tries to F with us.

Just have a future Republican AG get in front of the cameras and say "We will not prosecute any offense where the victim was black and the offender was white". See how long the press continues to agree with Holder's viewpoint.

I think the guy you are referring to is Marc Rich, now deceased. Rich was on the lam for violation of a trading embargo with Iran in the early 70s. He was married to Denise Rich whom “donated” something like 400K to both Billy Boy and to Hitlery for her senate run and just like night follows day got a pardon which was walked through the DOJ by none other then the current Attorney General.
These crumbs cannot stand up to the light of day, they scurry off into the corners like cockroaches when Diogenes lantern light is shown on them. Unfortunately they don’t stay there because they are sociopaths at heart.
IOW, he’s unfit for any office, elected or otherwise.
