WBBH TV in Ft. Myers, Florida has performed a public service with its investigative reporting documenting non-US citizens voting regularly in local elections. The segment can be seen below, but Judicial Watch summarizes it:
The segment focused on Lee County, which has a population of about 620,000 and Collier County with a population of around 322,000. The reporter spent about two months digging around the voter rolls in the two counties and the discoveries are dumbfounding.In that short time, more than 100 people registered to vote in those two areas were proven to be ineligible by the reporter. A Cape Coral woman, eligible to vote in elections, was tracked down through jury excusal forms that verify she’s not a U.S. citizen. A Naples woman, who is not a U.S. citizen either, voted six times in 11 years without being detected by authorities. A Jamaican man is also registered to vote though he’s not eligible. The reporter obtained his 2007 voter registration form, which shows the Jamaican man claims to be a U.S. citizen. Problem is, no one bothers checking to see if applicants are being truthful.
Incredibly, election supervisors confirmed on camera that there’s no way for them to verify the citizenship of people who register to vote. The only way to detect fraud is if the county offices that oversee elections receive a tip, they say, and only then can they follow up.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) was quick to sue the state to stop the purging because the agency claims it discriminates against minorities. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) has colluded with the DOJ in Florida and the head of the group’s local chapter says purging voter rolls disproportionately affects the state’s most vulnerable groups, namely minorities.
This why Obama & Holder do not want ID'S required to vote.An ID prevents illegals aliens from voting... Be interesting to see how many hunger strikes will happen for not allowing illegals to vote.And how many pastors will come forward to state voting is human right?

It's not only illegal aliens who are forbidden to vote in all states of the union. It's ALL ALIENS who are forbidden to vote.
A voter photo ID requirement is insufficient by itself to correct this outrage. Any voter registrant should be required to produce either an American birth certificate, or, if born abroad, naturalization documents.
Why the heck this basic vetting procedure isn't demanded by a mass movement of Americans, e.g., the Tea Party, is hard to fathom. Voting by an alien in an American election should be a felony. Aliens should be kept away from the polls by police force if necessary, and if they are arrested for voting when not qualified, should be deported upon conviction.
A capital felony.
Wouldn't go that far, but it should be punished by deportation. If enforced that should be an adequate deterrent.

Dirty pool. Get a list of all ineligible voters. On election day, have activists go very early and vote (for Republicans) using those names. Steal a half dozen or so key elections. See if the Dems feel the same afterwards.

That's the first time I've heard of that particular type of fraud. Can you give us some details of how it worked so we can be alert to it in the future?

There is a misunderstanding here about picture ID and its purpose. A picture ID will have the birthdate and address of the voter as well as a picture. The picture is for the election judge to see the person by that name and birthdate standing in front of her/him is the person in the picture. That is to keep someone from saying he/she is “x” voter when the picture is not him/her.
Let’s say onyx lost her picture ID and I found it. I couldn’t go into a polling place and say I am onyx when the picture is of onyx and not me. I would be committing voter fraud to try to pass myself off as onyx. You couldn’t send your brother if you are a man or a sister if you are a woman, to vote in your place since your picture doesn’t look like him/her. And, the birthdate and address on the picture ID must match the voter’s birthdate and address on the master voter list.
Now, how does a person register to vote – who runs the store when it comes to registering to vote? There is confusion about how this works, so let’s get the facts.
I was working in the Republican Party instructing election judges and clerks when it all changed in every state. After the fiasco in Florida between Bush and Gore, the federal government passed laws to try to make elections more uniform across the states. For one thing, it outlawed using paper ballots that created “chads”. Most other paper ballot types were not affected.
Until this time, states pretty much had their own system regarding the master voter list and running elections. Let me say the laws the feds passed were excellent laws – a Republican was the president, not a Democrat when these laws were passed.
These laws were sweeping and binding on every state. Voters lists at that time were the pits for accuracy as each county did whatever they wanted to maintain, or not, the list. They also did not have the authority to check to see if someone was dead but still on the voter list. They did not have the authority to determine if someone was a citizen or not. The voter registration form had a line the prospective voter completed, checking if he/she was a citizen. Well, some people lie.
So, the new federal law made the Secretary of State in every state responsible for the master voter list as that office had to power to check birth certificates or anything else to determine if the prospective voter was a citizen and they could check death certificates at any time to update voter lists. There was a deadline time for the Secretary of State to get this work done and it was more than months, it was a year or few years, I don’t recall, but that time has long passed so the system should be up and running in your state.
These laws changed my instructions to election judges/clerks – had to rewrite material. The new federal laws were printed in their entirety in front of the Texas Election Code book so everyone would understand why the state laws had changed. Every state had to rewrite their state election laws to match the federal law. Many changes were made but it is the changing of the master voter list from counties to the Secretary of State that I’m addressing so you will understand how the master voter list happens.
When someone goes to a county courthouse and registers to vote, the keeper of the list for the county cannot add this person to the list. That name and information has to be forwarded to the Secretary of State to be checked that the person is a legal United States citizen. Only then can the voter be added to the list.
Now, your Republican County Chairman has standing to question the county voter registrar as to how they carry out their duty to register voters. If that registrar isn’t sending those names to their Secretary of State, they are violating federal and state law. The Chairman also has standing to question the Director of Elections at the Secretary of State’s office as to whether or not their county is sending names in to be validated.
It is important to know if the voter registrar of your county is a Democrat or Republican. Our county clerk in that county was a Democrat and she had difficulty in reading when in school and she was supposed to have graduated from high school. We had to force her to follow the law. She had a person who worked with her who helped us get the work done correctly in her office.
Every Republican I taught was doing his/her best to learn the law to be able to hold fair elections. I also knew the Director of Elections at the Secretary of State’s office and she was always on top of the law making sure she was carrying out the law correctly.
So, what could go wrong? If you don’t know, find out if your Secretary of State is a Republican. If your governor is a Republican, your Secretary of State will most probably be a Republican so you are on the same side. If you have a Democrat, your Republican State Chairman and your county chairman should make sure the Director of Elections appointed by that Democrat, is doing that job right about the master voter list.
Check with your county chairman to see if he/she attends a meeting every two years that the Secretary of State holds for them in order to explain new laws. I don’t know that every state does that but ours does and pays mileage and hotel for the chairman so he/she will come. They should do that since the primary election is the chairman’s responsibility and he must, or should, know new laws.
I have told you how this is supposed to work but if those responsible for following the master list laws, don’t do it, then those people need to be called to task and it is your county chairman who can do this. If your county chairman doesn’t have a clue, then he needs to get informed or get yourself a new chairman who is willing to learn election law to make sure his/her county is following election law.
Now, what is going to happen next, is, some of you will tell me it doesn’t work that way in your state. Those federal laws required every state to implement those laws. If your state doesn’t do it, then put your whole state in federal prison and while you are at it, put Holder in prison because I am sure he hates every one of those laws regarding the master voter list and that is why he is after Florida for trying to update their list. It should be the Secretary of State of Florida working with that list and I’m pretty sure it is. In fact, I was speaking to the Florida Secretary of State through her lawyer when that Florida fiasco between Bush and Gore was happening and speaking to their Republican State Chairman during that time about military ballots. Military ballots were being thrown out because those counties didn’t understand how they worked. I contacted that state chairman to go over with him how to get those votes counted.

There's several things remiss in this article.
<><> Firstly, each state's Sec of State has L/E jurisdiction over voter fraud.....fraud cases are quickly tried before a court of law.
<><> Secondly, the reporter should check whether illegals were enrolled in Obamacare---since healthcare.gov is also a voter registration site. These enrollees can easily be fraudulently plugged into Democrat voter rolls.

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party. /
Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility
Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.
The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
• The Mexican government will bar foreigners if they upset “the equilibrium of the national demographics.”
• If outsiders do not enhance the country’s “economic or national interests” or are “not found to be physically or mentally healthy,” they are not welcome.
• Illegal entry into Mexico is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years’ imprisonment.
