Switzerland has no minimum wage.

Their unemployment is under 4%.

Discuss.

Thank you for that information.

The correct response to all the talk of raising the minimum wage is to propose repealing the minimum wage laws.

Oh naturally!

:snerk:

They do have nice strict immigration laws. Admission is restricted to people with needed skills who show signs that they will integrate well.

And as for their nationalization laws... oh la la!

Here’s my take on why the RATS want to raise the minimum wage.

1. They are commies and that’s what commies do.
2. If they increase the wage it reduces the amount of subsidy needed to get insurance. My worthless nephew was complaining that his $10 per hour salary that his four kids were put on Medicaid and he had to pay $100 per month with a $6000 deductible. I tried to tell him that his subsidy was putting his kids on Medicaid, but he didn’t understand

Swiss educational standards are most likely higher than U.S. educational standards. Learning the fundamentals and then improving on them and expanding on actual usable knowledge is more important than teaching kids about self-esteem and how to unroll a condom, but the libtards in the U.S. education system can’t seem to grasp that.

A major point in their desire to raise the minimum wage is that union dues are tied to a certain level above the minimum wage, so it’s a payoff to their union buddies.
