Conservative Websites are being subjected to denial of service attacks and worm virus infection. In particular Freeper Beckwith is fighting this battle right this moment. The left is ginning up to limit free speech of Conservatives, treating them as they would terrorists, using sophisticated software likely provided by the Obama Campaign, with hacker research likely funded by Tax Payer dollars for Community Workers.
Whether we win in November depends on our success in protecting our internet speech rights. If anyone has techniques which would protect from these attacks, including encryption or the use of alternate OS such as LINUX, and mirror sites, lets get some resources together and help folks like Beckwith.
Please post or freepmail if there are ways to assist you.
PING....Beckwith ( The Obama File) is under virus attack.
Beckwith and others need support and resources. The battle is now joined with the Obama Campaign Community Worker Attack Arm ( many who are employees of Google, who helped launch the Arab Spring in Egypt)which seeks to silence conservatives. Unable to win in November, they seek to silence the truth in a desperate attempt to keep voters ill informed. (After all they are just acting like the nationalist socialists they are.)
“Resistance is futile”
Sorry...couldn’t resist.
We all knew this was coming, right? This isn’t just ‘community organizers’...come on...
Anybody that has to proclaim it in three foot high letters...
Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping!
To get onto The Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping List you must threaten to report me to the Mods if I don't add you to the list...
If you're using DNS, there's now a fully formally verified DNS: Ironsides. — Full formal verification means that it has no buffer overflows, unintentional transfer-of-control, or unspecified termination.
As for web-servers, there's AWS1 (Ada Web Server) or the Ade-AWA project2.
1 — I've only played with AWS, but it seems very stable; I haven't been able to get GnatColl [a project w/ DB support] to properly compile/link (I blame Cygwin) so I haven't been able to use that DB-interface.
2 — The project seems tied to MySQL or SQLite DBs; I cannot in good consciousness recommend MySQL as a good DB. There also appears to be some limitation on OSes supported, even though Ada is pretty good at high-level platform-independence.
PING!
They’re not the only ones being attacked. StackOverflow.com is being pounded with DDOS attacks.
“Resistance is feudal!”
May the Force- of reformatting be with you.

I shut my system down and then rebooted my system -- twice. So you can see my disk is working and my system is working -- or else I couldn't send this email -- despite the warning I posted on the forum. But if I use the Internet it just hangs and hangs and that little circle thingy just spins and spins..
It looks like Team Obama is finally taking us seriously.
I will attempt to post in the AM -- cross your fingers. If you don't see me you know I have REAL problems.
They can't shut down my archive and forum hosts, but they can attack my workstation -- and that's what they are doing. It looks like they are destroying my hard drive -- but you can see I'm sending out this email. I'm really puzzled -- and I've been using this stuff since MSDOS release 1.0 and have never seen this system behavior.
There goes my disk again . . .

I am convinced I am being attacked at times with DNS server poisoning exploits.
Most often when I am logged into Twitter. Yes, I use it. Mostly for news sources that don’t touch MSM.
Part of the time, simply restarting my connection will fix it for a while. Other times I have to reset my DSL modem and router. I have contacted my ISP and when they reset the connection it will stop for a few minutes.
Both Google and Twitter have been attempting to reduce this. They came up with a method which resets the connection address each time it is disconnected. That helps. Another thing that helps is using secure shell connection. (https:)
I have also started using several secure shell search engines. (duckduckgo.com Ixquick.com startpage.com) That helps, the login is not easily viewed on the web.
I recommend using multiple search engines. Find that at times it makes a difference switching between the 3 that I routinely use.
I find when I cannot go to an address that was being blocked, I can log into a secure shell search engine and access the address from there and it almost always works.
Not sure how many people are having this problem, but it is clear to me that I suffer from it.
Paranoid? Nope. But I do not know where the issue is coming from. Offshore? DHS? FBI? NSA? In today’s world, who knows.
I know it sounds crazy, but it is happening. It has been for over a year for me.
Oh, forgot to mention. I am using Xubuntu linux OS. Have used linux since 1994-1995.
Yes, it generally helps with security too.
This isnt just community organizers...come on...>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Tell us what you know and when you knew it! LOL.
Strange that so much Meta Data is being gathered stored and doubly strange that the Snowden warnings are becoming true?
Is Utah sharing its data with the Obama “Campaign?”
Like you , I think thats a “Yuppers!”
Hey Jim, one of ours got a denial of service and virus hit. Seems to be a trend.
My Lost in Zombieland website gets DDOS blasted, sometimes severely.
I’ve had my email hacked to the point of not needing my service provider intervene.
You should see the trash they leave on the blog (that I delete).
The Left hates dissent. They will stamp out Freedom of Speech at any cost.

Throw out the windows boxes. Start with a robust OS like any First order of business is Defenestration.
Unix based system: Linux or Mac OSX
Can the source of the attack be traced?
There's a DNS that is completely immune to this: Ironsides.
These two papers describe how they did it.
