You deserved a bit more magnanimity, civility for your erudite, clever comments, not the least of which I myself was looking to come up with my own version of “mail, mail” but couldn’t quite find the perfect balance, particularly not wanting it to be palpably obvious, which to some degree is how I felt about your comment.

Actually I was responding to your ‘call to arms’ - then when we arrived at the rendezvous point we could break into a rousing chorus of
“Mail, mail, the gangs all here decked in their mail”
I guess the fems would rise up were we to make the statement
“It takes a real male to wear mail”.
