Immigration and the rules concerning the treatment of illegals found in the US whether by traffic stop or INS/ICE raid or being ratted out are settled law, too. THAT settled law is ignored, though.
DOMA was settled law, DADT was settled law, and immigration law was settled law until the Obama administration decided that it was NOT settled.
When the left gets its way, the law is immutable.
When the left does not like something, the matter is never settled.
All the leftist garbage passed by the democrats and worthless rinos should be attacked continuously until all of it is repealed — Obamacare, Gays in the Military, Women in Combat, etc. Since, the left never stops trying to undermine the Republic, we should never give up our fight to overturn everything they do.
The current lot of insurance companies figured out they could reap billions yearly with Obamacare. And they will continue behind the scenes to support this con. They have not destroyed the method to return to prior health care policies but are lying and not to be trusted. The entire system is corrupt.

I agree. Nothing is EVER “settled”. For years, the commie left tried to convince everyone that “global warming” was “settled science.” That didn’t work out for them either and their hoax and scam was exposed to the people. We must continue the battle against the fraudulent left. Never give up.

Obamacare was never about insuring people or healthcare. If you read your history; it is the ushering in or trying the downfall of a country. Hitler had big business helping his get to power. Banks, insurance companies, governments; etc are at fault as well communists, Fascists; etc. Obama can not succeed without their help. It makes me wonder how the insurance industry is really involved since they don’t appear to be fighting Obamacare.

I hear this from many folks. My question is how will a single payer system work any better?
It won't delivery health care any better, but it will be very effective in targeting individuals and groups opposed to the diktats of Dear Leader.

Only the complaints brought before the courts (ok, and their related implications) were considered, meaning simultaneously, much of ZeroCare was not considered. Furthermore, since so much in the law has continued to change (illegally, of course, inasmuch as it was not done constitutionally nor through Congress), until those changes are also brought before SCOTUS and fully considered, we won't have adjudications of any of those aspects, which all will have merits to be considered.
Every challenge that makes it to SCOTUS has one or more contentious issues that need yet to be decided and no one is saying it's impossible that no further suits regarding ZeroCare can be considered.
Anyone publicly pronouncing ZeroCare to be "settled law" is a corrupt liar and/or a total incompetent.
