This is a very touching blog, and is deeply inspiring to all who read it.
Thank you for posting it.
At the risk of appearing to be a grinch, and realizing thousands of flaming replies will come, I’m sorry. His birth changed nothing.
It was not his birth, but His death, burial and resurrection that changed everything. Had His birth occurred, without the complete and finished work of the cross, nothing would have changed. He was born for one purpose: to go to the cross, to suffer and die for the sins of the world. Leave that out, and the birth becomes without purpose. The whole reason that God became Man in Jesus Christ was to be the sinless substitute, the “Lamb slain” before the foundation of the world.
That being clarified - Merry Christmas, everyone!
Barbara Walters saw this headline - thought it was a story about Obama.
Got to remember that, if Jesus did not come into the world in the first place, all the events leading up to His life, teachings, suffering, death on the cross, burial, and resurection WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEN AT ALL, period. Every part of His life HAVE to be there or NONE would happen.
There would be no Christmas with Easter and no Easter without Christmas.
Thank-you for your comments, God Bless, and Merry Christmas.

Thank-you,God Bless, Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas and relaxe, Christmas Eve. :)
