“Martial Law Now in Effect” signs have been spotted in a three truck convoy on Illinois highways, and you can read all about it on a YouTube video that has already had 1/2 million hits! (1) “You wouldn’t believe what I’ve got in the back of this truck” a young trucking employee allegedly is telling anyone who will listen to him. Warning, this video is full of “F” word expletives as you clearly can detect the distress in the voice of the producer who relates being awakened late at night by a friend wanting to tell him what is going on!

Grain of salt stuff here. Any video can be drummed up to be catastrophist if set in the right light. It only requires a “suspension of disbelief” to scare people into a frenzy.
With all the crazy crap going on in this country, I wouldn’t put it past our elected officials to try to drum up fear for a coordinated “crisis.”

Yep, just like the dozen or so “viral” stories posted each week that turn out to be nonsense.
These videos are two months old. I think if we were under Martial law for two months we would know it. I know I for one would most likely be in a ‘Re-Education Camp for ‘Hoarders’ much to the relief of a number of FReepers.
I’m not going to worry unless it’s Marshal Law or Marshall Law. We don’t do Martial Law here on FR.

A month or so ago my wife and our two sons, 18 and 22, were driving home and we saw a formation of helicopters flying somewhere in the vicinity if our neighborhood.
My 18 year old worriedly asked if Obama was attacking our neighborhood. Nobody laughed.

Apparently, the vids show the TRANSPORTATION of signs with the ‘Martial Law’ message. Not the POSTING IN PUBLIC PLACES of the signs -yet.
If the tyrannical think that American “insurgents” will have the same level of martial skills as the “insurgents” they faced in southern Asia, they are nuts, and they are in for a big surprise.
