On Tuesday, police in American Canyon (Calif.) arrested Miguel Segura Roman, 39, after he reportedly spent several years sexually molesting his own daughter.
The victim reported the attacks to her mother only three days earlier.
The abuse began before the girl was ten, according to police.
KCBS reported:
[American Canyon police Chief Tracey] Stuart said Roman and the girl’s mother have been together for years and recently married. The couple have three other children younger than the alleged victim," according to Stuart. Roman has been charged with child molestation, continuing child molest over period of time, incest, sex with a child under 10, penetration with foreign object and child endangerment/abuse.
He is currently being held at the Napa County Detention Center without bond.
