having no means of verifying the author’s sources or even vetting the author, caustion is due because certainly there are plenty of players in Egypt and powers outside Egypt who like nothing better than keeping ant-American conspiracy stories alive, whether true or not
I’m not saying we have any evidence the story is created for those reasons, only that we have no evidence on which to judge if the story is the truth - as far as the Morsi-CIA connection part of it goes.
A lot of this is on the Egypt Live thread. It just has not all been posted in one place like this article has done. This is a VERY good synopsis of what has been going on and what we have been keeping track of since day one.

Blaming the CIA while quite properly attributing these assassinations to the Muzzie Bro’hood is incoherent.
In my opinion, a better title have the Obama/Morsi connection in it. But he is the POTUS, so are they that different?
Obama has been the WORST thing for both the US and the ME. Think of the destruction that has come from his assent to power.
You don’t have to be a “Conspiracy Nut” to see what he has done. It is Evil. Simply look at those who surround him.

Sounds like they are blaming MORSI. And those who helped him gain power. Many Egyptians were deceived by Morsi
But think about how Obozo came to POWER. Many in the US were deceived by Obozo. Not as many but certainly too many still are.
For Good or Bad, the CIA is a spy agency. In my opinion most of it’s history it has been for good. There have been exceptions.
There are no exceptions for Obozo. He has always been for Lies, Deception, Destruction and Evil.

Am pretty sure it is all her work. As far as information sources, I am totally in the dark.
But let me state that the number of assassinations by the MB supporters is large. This should surprise no one.
I have been told that this is hard for the reporters and bloggers in Egypt to cope with. All long for the day that life is again safe and they are allowed to exist in peace.
The MB was previously outlawed in Egypt. That might happen again as a consequence of the mess that they created through Morsi.
I am hoping that enough light is shed on Morsi involvement with Benghazi to blow the lid off of that here in the US. I think it is altogether possible for that to happen.

ONE guy makes the claim - does that make it a fact? No.
I remember when the Soviet Union led in the agenda getting western writers to write opeds and books CLAIMING a CIA connection to Kennedy’s assassination.
Its very easy to write a claim about something - Morsi-CIA connected. Let’s say I’m from Missouri - show me.
I keep telling people here all the time that our beliefs that something smells right and making an argument with that tid bit as the only proof often turns into a very bad argument because there either is no facts or they are misrepresented.
I never accept somehing on the basis that it “sounds like” what Obama would do.

There were the usual victimization propaganda pictures for him taken or distributed by Western media showing him crying in front of her lifeless body! Well, guess what, Sisi didn't kill her, she appeared in Jerusalem alive and kicking, flashing the Rabaa sign! Here are her pictures:

There's a lot of talk about Russia supplying air defense systems, fighter jets and long range missiles that would reach Iran! Maybe Sisi would do what 0c0ward is incapable of.
I wouldn't put any stock in this because the Egyptian article quoted Debka!

They’re saying that the witnesses are being killed to protect Morsi and the CIA which (the writer says) helped put him in power (which isn’t true anyway). That’s why CIA is in the title, and CIA is boldfaced right in the excerpt.
The CIA acts at the direction of the POTUS. You can say they did not help put Morsi in power, but I am convinced that they did.
Obama directed actions that ultimately removed Mubarrak and helped Morsi ultimately gain power. The Egyptians were anxious to replace Mubarrak until they saw what the MB and Morsi actually were. They had huge protests and the military stepped in and removed the MB.
Senators McCain & Graham (gagg), both went over to see if they could smooth things in Egypt out. Did they get at surprise. The Egyptians were very hostile and no mood to talk.
This will play it’s way out. Possibly pretty soon as the trials in Egypt continue.
Obama’s presence as POTUS is the most destructive force to US respectability in my lifetime. He has totally destabilized the entire ME. (it was never stable, but now is a disaster)

No, you said the article blamed Morsi; it doesn’t, it blames the MB and the CIA, and there’s literally no evidence that the CIA did anything to arrange it, or would even want the MB in power. Morsi and the MB were involved in the Benghazi attack, and that is clearly nothing the CIA wanted.
