What a good little Nazi.

His name is Barry, too, just like Dear Leader.

Pipsqueaks like him pull this crap because they think no one will walk up to them one day and send their walnuts shooting up into their sinus cavity.

Don’t think of them as “inspectors”, think of them as “reactive targets”.

The Nazi pushing this stuff needs to assume room temp.

Politician: "enter homes without a warrant"

Fourth Amendment: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

It seems to me that an unconstitutional warrantless entry could be met with a hail of lead. Too bad, so sad.

If they approve this, I would expect someone to get shot as an unintended consequence of unscheduled home inspections/invasions. Once again, go after the honest citizens with a “feel good” bill title.

There was an article posted yesterday about provisions in Obamacare allowing for mandatory home visits/searches which was scarier than this article. I’m convinced that if a health care provider asks about guns in the home - just say NO. Any other answer, including “what business is that of yours”, will go down on your records as a “yes”. I also think that seeking any tpe of mental health treatment or even advice in the age of Obamacare is just asking for gun confiscation. Beware.

One has to ccome to the conclusion about liberals, like this. They honestly think this would be a “good” policy; meaning it would actually help people. In which case they are completely disconnected from reality, and should be ignored. Or, that they want people to get killed, because that is the logical outcome of something like this going into practice. In which case, they are psychotic and should be treated as such.

Will they start with Section 8 and low income housing first?

"“We need the ability to enforce the state law,” Greenfield said, according to the Swampscott Patch.

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.-- William Pitt the Younger (November 18,1873)

Speaking as a former Prosecutor, you’d be amazed (well maybe not) the laws that are passed JUST to give Police probable cause. Seatbelts, etc.

Under Massachusetts law, it is “unlawful to store or keep any firearm … in any place unless such weapon is secured in a locked container or equipped with a tamper-resistant mechanical lock or other safety device, properly engaged so as to render such weapon inoperable by any person other than the owner or other lawfully authorized user.”

Violating my 4th Amendment rights begets the use of my 2nd Amendment rights with weapons loaded and stored ready for use by all members of my household. Massachusetts and much of this nation has lost all sense of freedom and liberty.
