No, all the bullets and armored vehicles are aimed at doing the clean-up after the collapse has run its course of chaos, starvation, disease, and death. The survivors will have to be subdued in order for the globalist to incorporate the new America into global governance.
There may be some training of 'troops' by sending them into burbs to collect food for the handout gaggles, but the ultimate reason for the ammo and vehicles is to deal with what is left AFTER the designed collapse runs its course. How do we know this? ... The fedzilla orders of several years of ammo means they know there is coming a date certain when resupply of ammo for their weapons will be suspended during the lawlessness and collapse.
