This is not all that surprising given that the USA has the second lowest labor force participation rate in the world, after Mexico. And M2 Money Velocity spirals down with labor force participation.

Yes! Overwhelm the system. It is near impossible to remove these people from these houses. Too much paperwork. Too little staff. You can live in these houses for years before the courts get to you. Pocket all of the payments you would have paid to them, and you are set.

Seems to me that, "teach Republicans a lesson, don't vote" stuff isn't working out so well.
I am really kicking myself for not buying a house 3 or 4 more times more expensive than I could have afforded. I could be living rent-free in a beautiful McMansion in the suburbs, instead of my 90 year-old fixer upper.
