To be honest, I would buy a GM truck. Before I’d buy a Dodge.
But the only trucks on my shoping list are Fords or the Tundra.

If GM were the last car company on earth, I’d buy a horse.

Hard earned American tax dollars went to bail out both GM and Chrysler and they took some of that money and built assembly plants in Mexico. I will resort to horses or bicycles before I ever buy either of those brands of vehicle.

I'm actually buying a minivan tonight and never for a minute even considered looking at a Government Motors product.
They are a bloodsucking drain on our country's economy, and represent the model for the growing government/corporate leftwing fascist trend.
I'm more likely to buy nipple clamps.

The whole bankruptcy and bailout was a pathetic rip off of taxpayers, bondholders and many dealers to reward bad management at the companies and the UAW. Ford told the government to take a hike and straightened themselves out.
GM is still being run by 0bama’s hand picked CEO, I say screw ‘em.

GM lost me when they defaulted on their bonds and conspired with Obama to rip off bondholders.
I will never buy a GM product. I don’t deal in stolen goods.

On top of all that.........their new pickups are U.G.L.Y. Now, granted, their previous body style was ugly too but this new one raised the stakes in the ugly game.

.
Kind of reminiscent of 1950 Studebaker pickups, but without the durability.

4 Suburbans over the last 24 years.... next family ride= Toyota.
if they gave me a Suburban, I’d trade it in for Toyota, Nissan or Ford... I’ll never own a GM/quisling/union sucking/POS supporting auto. I’d rather walk.

Screw your bond holders, screw you. That was the topping on a mountain of crap that tore it for me too.
All I could think of was Mussolini and collaborators at that point.

My 2003 GMC Envoy Denali with 67,000 miles is the LAST GM product I will ever buy, and that is entirely due to the Government Bailouts and preferential treatment of Unions over bondholders and ultimately, GM customers.
I say that as a lifelong GM customer who suffered through some really crappy cars of the late 70's, entire 80's and through the 90's. GM won't get a single cent out of me, period. Neither will Chrysler - for the same reasons.
I will ONLY look at Ford, Toyota and Honda going forward.
