I didn't know that trying to understand the reasoning behind what Mark Levin is proposing would be referred to as being "rude".

Obamacare by consent of the governed, Article 5, our Constitution`s amendment process. Tyranny by a majority vote in Congress or a Supreme Court's majority vote

I thought they supported and defended our Constitution and the documented intentions and beliefs under which it was adopted. Our founding fathers believed in a free market system, but also believed in an America first policy when it came to foreign trade. And they used taxing at our water’s edge to advance America’s best interests!

"...a discount of ten percent on all duties imposed by this Act shall be allowed on such goods, wares, and merchandise as shall be imported in vessels built in the United States, and wholly the property of a citizen or citizens thereof." see: An Act imposing duties on Tonnage July 20, 1789. What a novel idea … an America first policy!

Do they not know our founders clear intentions with regard to raising a federal revenue and how the above taxing policy led to America’s merchant marine becoming the most powerful on the planet?

“…a national revenue must be obtained; but the system must be such a one, that, while it secures the object of revenue it shall not be oppressive to our constituents.”___ Madison, during the creation of our Nation’s first revenue raising Act

The act went on to tax imported articles of consumption and not one dime was raised by taxing the wages of labor, the earnings of America’s businesses, or did it tax the returns on invested capital ___ all of which contributed enormously to America becoming the economic marvel of the world!

Our founders original tax plan was based upon principles which do not change with the passage of time and the fact is, our founder’s original tax plan was so successful that by the year1835 America was manufacturing everything from steam powered ships, to clothing spun and woven by powered machinery and the national debt [which included part of the revolutionary war debt] was completely extinguished and Congress enjoyed a surplus in the federal treasury from tariffs, duties, and customs. And so, by an Act of Congress in June of 1836 all surplus revenue in excess of $ 5,000,000 was decided to be distributed among the states, and eventually a total of $28,000,000 was distributed among the states by the rule of apportionment in the nature of interest free loans to the states to be recalled if and when Congress decided to make such a recall.

Why on earth does Mark Levin propose to perpetuate taxes calculated from profits, gains, and other incomes which is the source of power used by progressives to steal and plunder the wealth which America’s businesses, industries and labor have created?

“Why do you find it necessary to make me the subject of the thread...?”

Why do you find it necessary to make Mark Levin the subject of your blog pimp? Again, Mr. Levin is doing more than his part to advance conservatism. You? Apparently, not so much, besides preaching to the choir at the expence of our political friends.

"Why do you find it necessary to make Mark Levin the subject of your blog pimp?"

Perhaps you have missed it but Mark Levin has appeared on a number of talk shows and is promoting various amendments to be added to our Constitution. Why do you find it objectionable to talk about and question what he is promoting?

Mark Levin's "Liberty Amendments" are disappointing at best and came as a shock to me because they seem to contradict his very criticisms of our tyrannical Washington Establishment.

Why on earth does Mark Levin propose to perpetuate taxes calculated from profits, gains, and other incomes which is a source of power used by progressives in Washington to steal and plunder the wealth which America’s businesses, industries and labor have created?

Why on earth does Mark Levin propose an amendment which would constitutionally recognize and keep alive the current federal reserve money system when our founding fathers specifically forbid notes of any kind, which would include Federal Reserve Notes, from being made a legal tender?

Why does Mark Levin propose an amendment which would make it constitutional for Congress to not balance the annual budget when our founding fathers intended deficits ought to be extinguished with an apportioned tax among the States?

I offered part of the solution. Did you miss it?

The Sixteenth Amendment is hereby repealed and Congress is henceforth forbidden to lay ``any`` tax or burden calculated from profits, gains, interest, salaries, wages, tips, inheritances or any other lawfully realized money

It’s not PORK. It’s a money laundering operation used to plunder our national treasury and fatten the fortunes of the well connected in Washington.
