Yes - in Rwanda, Somalia and all those tens of other conflicts the US never got involved in because Qatari/Saudi petrodollar/gas interests were not involved.

We can only imagine the 'score' underlying her words, which are getting scarier and louder with every verbal escalation...

and an ominous Carmina Burana 'drum beat', crescendoing with:
RICE SAYS NOT RESPONDING MAY EMBOLDEN N KOREA, IRAN, TERRORISTS
So, it would appear, that a Syrian strike is no longer about preventing Assad from using weapons, as was the story until now, but deterring others from doing what Assad may or may not have done.
At the end of the day, the US will refuse to accept checkmate by being humiliated by grandmaster Putin in the world arena: it seems the decision is already made:

And finally, here is the admission after all. As expected, the whole point of this entire farce was to topple Assad and replace him with a pro-Syria, pro-Qatar, anti-Russia regime:

The sad truth is that chemical weapons are little more “frightening” than conventional weapons on an unarmed population. They are of far less concern than biological and nuclear weapons which Iran, I believe, has.

I see several assumptions at work here.
Someone calculated that taking the moral high ground about Chemical Weapons in Syria would serve to distract the media from the economic chaos of Obamacare, quiet the Muzzie Bro’hood members in the White Hut Circle, and give the Obamaphile Loonies a chance to shout down any opposition as racist, yada, yada, just like they did on Libya.
They didn’t expect the opposition from Russia over this, and have miscalculated the Russian reaction, every step of the way.
Putin just biatchslapping Obama on the world stage is pushing Obama to do something stupid.

With the egos of BOTH Obama and Kerry at work, (as we saw in the Congress hearings), they feel they MUST attack, if for nothing other than to teach that “Bully” Putin a lesson.

I agree, this entire ordeal was NEVER about chemical weapons anymore than a video on Youtube was responsible for the Benghazi attack.
However, it's not about the Saudi's or a gas pipeline either.
It's about Obama helping to establish a global Sunni Islamic Caliphate.
Obama is aiding Al Qaeda because they're Sunni Jihadists who hate America and also hate the secular dictators in the Middle East.
Assad represents yet another secular dictator who happens to be Alawite - a close cousin to Shia - and ultimately this is all leading to an effort to attack Iran and supplant the Shia majority with their Sunni minority.
Obama is attempting to reshape the world order for Islam, specifically Muslim Brotherhood Sunni's- of which it is speculated he is a member.
Guess what Obozo “regime change” is what the Russians had in mind all along? Which regime it is you probably will not like.

I have to wonder if obama (and the puppet masters) have become convinced he won’t be able to destroy the US economically in the next 3 1/2 years. But a prolonged, maybe even nuclear, war will bring us down. He’s seeing his base become disillusioned so he’s going “all in” with one big play to accomplish his initial goal. It’s all or nothing.
