I don’t think Dr. Cassidy is that effective in his media interviews, and he is not all that conservative. So far, he may even support Syria intervention, but I am not sure of that. Baton Rouge is more liberal than it once was, and he can be hesitant.

I agree. I’m not happy with how this race has shaped up. In fact, a lot of races are looking worse now.
Cotton’s idiotic decision to throw in with Boehner may cost him the Arkansas senate seat he was likely to win just a week ago.
Corey Stapleton has stepped aside in Montana, leaving us with the Denny Rehberg-esue Steve Daines!
The whole Georgia debacle is turning into a real mess.

The only state I like the look of right now would be North Carolina, where Greg Brannon still seems to be leading RINO Thom Tillis to unseat Kay Hagan, who has backed the Syrian war.
