I think Glenn Beck is more self-styed Libertarian than conservative and Tucker Carlson is no conservative!

I wish that people would quit claiming people are conservatives, then going on to make a point.

It's like claiming people are Evangelicals when they don't even qualify as Christian!

I think Glenn Beck is now understanding that Social issues are crucial. You can never separate economy from morality-—doesn’t work. Justice is a Virtue which is Social/moral.

He used to be Libertarian-—but I think his association with Barton and Rabbi Lapin is swinging him over.

I turned off Fox News a decade ago-—I could tell that none of them were conservative-—except maybe Hannity and Hannity got annoying with repetition and everyone yelling at once and limited intellect/information.

You can never have a “civil” society or a Free Republic without Virtue (morality). That is essential—and even Socrates knew this. Montesquieu also stated that Free Republics need to promote Virtue. (never Vice).

Morality and Religion (and all the Founders knew this) is essential for Freedom. Beck keeps claiming we need to return to God, also. God is Truth.

I am skeptical of everyone except God/Bible/St. Thomas/CS Lewis/GK Chesterton/Thomas Sowell..... and a few others-——if the people express the opinions of the previous names-—good—I will agree and accept their premise. No one has the complete “Truth” on earth so they all can be wrong at times also.

Searching for the Truth is key. It is a lifetime pursuit-—and never “ends”.
