Do you know any way to get motion graphics on video without buying Adobe After Effects or whatever its called?

I have one video I made with my Canon camera that I saved as a quicktime video..but it required no serious editing...

I do some animation in Adobe FLASH...and real simple stuff soley in Photoshop.
