There is no pressure on Palestinians for peace, there is every incentive (foreign aid) for no peace.
Exactly . That money goes to pay terrorist to terrorize the Israeli people. Those 26 murders Israel released a few days ago all got monthly paychecks from the PLO for killing the people they killed .(some got larger pay checks that the people who are suppose to be police of the PLO controlled areas)
Handing these people money is rewarding bad behavior and encouraging more of it . (it's like welfare on steroids)
