That was a very poor Q & A in my opinion. What I gathered is that the Brit is being sent along with his unit to a post bordering Washington state and Canada where he and his fellow soldiers will learn techniques on how to confiscate weapons from civilians.
Following the termination of that training, he and they will return to Britain and become instructors in the techniques they will allegedly learn.
Since the UK has already undergone firearm confiscation, it's likely that the Brits will ultimately join in with the UN in whatever firearm confiscation program they attempt to launch in the rest of the world.
Unfortunately the kid's accent was too thick to completely understand every word he said and the interviewer didn't have the common sense to repeat each statement back to the kid for verification.
And I may be wrong but I don't think he said "Russian and Canadian" troops as the interviewer ultimately echoed but rather Canadian troops only.
The interviewer was lame, the questions were lamer and the kid was an accent inhibited moron...........
