Does she mean that because the people she represents have the IQ and self control of monkeys, that they have to hump and grind all day long- like monkeys do? And they can’t stop? And there is no reasoning with them, or educating them?

I recently encountered this argument with a pro-abort -
that a pregnancy doesn’t always result in a born baby,
and that makes an abortion OK.
I asked if it would be OK if I had a six shooter with only 2 bullets in it and pointed it at a person and pulled the trigger.
The answer? “Why in the world would you do that?!!!”
My followup question “are you analogy impaired?”
And of course, the leftist “coup de gras” - “that’s absurd!”
