Yes, it’s difficult to understand why anyone would invite her anywhere when she has been publicly disgraced. I would never have bought any of her books even if I did not know about her political perspective, because I won’t support a crook like that. Disgusting creature on several counts.

Doris Kearns Goodwin's speech was about Doris Kearns Goodwin. Her recollections of civil rights, her connections to the Kennedys and Lyndon Johnson, her agenda, her priorities, her interpretation of events. I'd be shocked if she could spell Gettysburg without a dictionary.
