The Stand Your Ground law is not part of this case.
He's not sure he signed off on it, without checking his notes.
He'll have to pay one of his 'technicians' to write it.
Whoa girl.. I got custody in two divorces, from upstanding women, and raised 5 kids as a single Dad, but the reason was totally understandable.. I don't think TradeMarken's situation was the same.. In my case I gave up the money (big bucks) totally, and accepted joint custody, with me as custodial parent... Follow the money, and more things become clearer.. LOL
Can we check if any were legally married or if they were receiving checks from US to enhance their incomes?
Thanks for the correction. Mine was coming from a tweet of one of the reporters in the courtroom — but yours sounded more like what I thought I heard.
Yeah, but only so he could write down the answers The Prosecution had prepared for him.
When they moved the hoodie exhibit that had the bullet hole (the hoodie was encased in plastic) right in front of where she was seated, she looked at it and I could not see any emotion in her eyes at all. I found it strange. Almost like she was looking at a chair or something.
I would hazard a guess that you were not in the same situation as the St Skittles family.
for THEIR situation..it is odd.
Mom obviously takes the one kid because no one knows who his dad is..but it’s not Tracy.
Tracy’s kid goes with the father.
It doesn’t sound like they got joint custody but even if they did...Dad was the one who raised him.
http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/30/us/trayvon-martin-profile
“During the summer of 2009, his parents — who separated when Martin was 11, but shared custody — enrolled their 14-year-old son in “Experience Aviation,” a nonprofit program in Opa-Locka, Florida, that introduces young people to aviation.”
Hmmm..this doesnt sound right
Ohh I’m sure that Sybrina and Jahvaris were using two last names — Martin and Fulton.
On Dr Phil’s Jahvaris was introduced as Jahvaris Martin and asked questions for 20 minutes about his “father” Tracey Martin. Dr Phil — another big phraud.
They have used both last names when convenient.
Uh... it was a little more slippery than that.
They were going to be permitted as long as the witness stated that the THC in his system had no effect. However, the witness 'changed his mind' after endless hours of extracurricular study (which he does routinely, but stated that he had no spare time to do (what?)), and so the Judge ruled that the DEFENSE could no longer bring it up, even though the Prosecution called that witness to testify to that very thing.
... and in hindsight, did a fine job.. /s :) BTW, I always try to find a way to insert that I was a special guy, and raised my kids.. Sometimes it is all you've got.. LOL
OK, Medical Examiner, not Middle East. D’oh!
Actually, I’d think it isn’t acceptable for any witness to sit and hear what other witnesses have to say. The potential to change testimony is too great.
The only one that should be allowed to hear the full testimony is the accused because they have a right to hear their accusers and all the evidence against them. Contrary to this Judge’s actions, Zimmerman is still innocent until proven guilty.
“At age 9, Trayvon pulled his father from a burning kitchen, saving his life.”
Oh, too bad they can’t bring this up in the trial since West would go to town about St Skittles
I notice that the defense intends to recall atleast two people from last week — Diamond Eugene and Chris Serino.
Serino was the contact man between the ME and the police — so how much of his prejudices ended up in the report and led to omissions from the report???
Hmmm.if Martin isn’t divorced can his wife get 50% of the settlement?
anyone else have any problems with Breitbart?

Yeah, he isn’t there.
