the problem is I don’t see anybody will do anything about it. The Dems are just fine with it because it gets past the 2014 election and the repubs aren’t going to push for the beginning of a law they HATE. Congress really SHOULD be outraged about this because it undermines their power but I just don’t see them doing anything for the reasons stated. Who else will challenge him?
ObmamaCare got passed through the Supreme Court because it got re-defined as a “TAX”.
The last I knew , all tax proposals are supposed to be raised in the “HOUSE”
Therefore , ObamaCare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL !
I suppose the regime is hoping some of the mistrust in thr IRS will be blown over and forgotten by then.
