Earlier in the week, we told you how Arizona has had it with Senators John McCain and Jeff Flake over their persistent push of the Senate’s amnesty bill and began petitions to recall them.
Well it looks like the people of Florida have had their fill of Senator Marco Rubio. A petition has been set up to recall the Florida Senator following his vote on Monday concerning the Senate’s amnesty bill.

The recall of members of the U.S. Congress has never been permissible according to the Constitution, and no member of the Congress has ever been removed by such means. That’s because the U.S. Constitution sets the qualifications and terms for being a member of the House or Senate; changing those qualifications or terms (as in making them subject to a recall) is unconstitutional and would require a constitutional amendment.
The Constitution contains an expulsion clause for members of Congress, though it has widely been neglected since the Civil War cases of disloyalty. The most effective means of removal is still election: if a member of Congress does not do their work well, then don’t return them to office.

Do you understand how components of a web page work? Like: Measured traffic to, and time spent on a site affect the amount of ad sense revenue from Google or other in-line ad sources pay. There is a motivation for blog owners to drive traffic to the sites - it makes them appear to be more relevant than they are, and it shows up as a backlink (another measure of credibility for search engine results).
To be just, excerpted crap should be deleted so the link no longer appears on FR pages. If an author wishes to have a community read their original materials, then submit it in entirety for reading. If anyone likes what they see, they will visit the site for more. If they really like it, they'll bookmark it.
