There’s nothing barring it.

Amend X: ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Well that is all well and good, but what about Pelosi, Reid and dozens of other Democrat scum?

One GOP leftist is more dangerous than 10 Dems.

You cannot recall a US Senator or Congresscritter. The Congressional Research Service has a white paper on it that cites the precedents. At best, a recall petition is a non-binding vote of no confidence.

It’s all right. Most of us can think for ourselves and decide whether or not we want to go read it. I’m certainly thankful that you have presumed to protect those who can’t think or decide for themselves but most on here I believe are conservative and know that we make up our own mind and take the consequences for our own actions. Real conservatives don’t really need a nanny don’t ya know.

I'll say it right now.....you don't agree and I don't agree, but those people in those areas WANT and NEED to get reelected.....the rats play hardball all the time to get elected...

anyone really think we can stem the tide of immigration and demographic changes because that is not going to happen, its never going to happen, and its not supposed to happen....

stale countries face changes...

like when the Pilgrims came and the Puritans and all the rest...we chased the Indians away and establish a big ol country...

people feared the Irish...the Italians....

people fear the Viet Namese...

but these things we can not stop....

we got a choice....we can have a muzzie dominated country or a latino dominated country....

I'm very angry about illegal immigration, about all their freebies, and yes, it might just lead to rat majorities for decades...but the elites are not going to change it...

I'd rather have a pub in place....

You’d think these citizens would pay attention during the time leading up to election. There is not a single one of these RINOs that didn’t show their colors before being elected.

The only problem is there are only 18 States with Constitutional provisions that would allow for a recall of a Senator or Congressman and Florida isn’t one of them.

Yeah nothing to fear from the democrat party? no everything to fear:

The enemy of the American people is the democrat party. The democrat party controls

1. the news media
2. hollwywood
3. the presidency
4. The senate
5. the gov bureaucracies
5. the unions
7. the universities
8. the schools
9. soros , Lewis, zuckerberg, msny other billionaires are democrats.
10. Obama the main tyrant is a democrat
11. silicon valley, Google etc. are democrats
12. Pelosi, REid, fienstein, Shumer, Durbin , Lois lerner r democrats
13 . the rest of the media
14. IRS , EPA, DHS, HHS, TSA, FBI, etc.
15. liberals control the supreme Court( they approved Obamacare)
15 . Democrats control all the political money .Soros, tides foundation, gov grants,Zuckerberg,Lewis (another billionaire. moveon.org,unions etc.

Democrat party controls all this and more but the media and many others say that everything is the Republicans fault even though r’s have only a few votes majority in the House and that’s it

Democrats want to makes slaves of all Americans, turn us into cattle with less rights than a cow or farm chicken for them to manipulate.

Yes... We need to unconstitutionally recall Rubio from the Senate...(rolling eyes)

JimRob needs to have a section set up to teach Freepers the Constitution...

Back when I first signed up (1992) ...silliness like this would never have been posted...

Of course, but we can’t fight the Dems with half our soldiers and most of our leaders being moles for the other side. We will continue to lose all the important battles. Besides, we have a far better chance of getting rid of a leftist Dem in the general election than defeating a leftist RINO incumbant in a primary. We first have to stand together in order to stand against the other side.

We tried in Jersey but even though our State Constitution has ultra clear language that says we can, the leftist traitors on the NJSC ruled that recalling a US senator is unconstitutional. Other states, thankfully are trying and, depending on the language in their constitutions and how many fecal brained dimwits sit on their SC’s, they will hopefully succeed.

Most of us can think for ourselves and decide whether or not we want to go read it.

I don't recall having expressed any opinion one way or the other about what you should read.

Perhaps you could point it out for me.

most on here I believe are conservative and know that we make up our own mind and take the consequences for our own actions

I really can't find any way to link that pronouncement to my criticism about someone using Free Republic as an advertising tool.
I'll just chalk that up to my lack of subtlety.

Real conservatives don’t really need a nanny don’t ya know.

I'm pleased to hear it.

So.. Nannies aside.. how do you feel about someone using Free Republic as a free advertising source for their blog?

Does not matter if Fla. has a provision to recall a US Senator or US House member because the US Constitution does not have a provision for removal by recall. Waste of time.
