The Resume of NSA Leaker Edward Snowden: Stunning (High school drop-out makes $200K year?)
Doug Ross @ Journal ^ | June 9, 2013

Posted on 06/09/2013 8:20:43 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

I'd hate to be in the Public Relations department at government contractor Booz Allen Hamilton this weekend. It's not just the fact that Snowden is/was a Booz employee.

Booz Allen Hamilton, Edward Snowden's employer, is one of America's biggest security contractors and a significant part of the constantly revolving door between the US intelligence establishment and the private sector.

The current of director [sic] of national intelligence (DNI), James Clapper, who issued a stinging attack on the intelligence leaks this weekend, is a former Booz Allen executive.

And it's not just that DNI Clapper is an ex-BAH exec and his statement is just a tad embarrassing.

No, let's examine the reported resume of Snowden (dates are estimated):

• Raised in Elizabeth City, North Carolina and later moved to Maryland.

• Attended a community college, but never completed his coursework and never graduated from high school.

• 2003-2004: U.S. Army, discharged after training accident

• 2005: NSA, Security Guard, University of Maryland.

• 2006: CIA, IT security.

• 2007-2009: CIA, diplomatic cover, Switzerland.

• 2009-2013: NSA Contractor, Dell and later Booz Allen Hamilton.

• Salary: around $200,000.

What? Seriously? So a guy who never even graduated from high school (he later reportedly earned a G.E.D.) and started his professional career as a security guard, got hired by a couple of defense contractors and -- at age 29 -- was making $200K a year?

If this story is true, I don't know what's more bizarre: the leak itself or the sheer profligacy of the federal spending machine.

I wouldn’t make dropping out of highschool the big point: after all it merely betrays one’s own indoctrination by the teacher’s unions.

It pays to work for the government.

Al Gore never really worked for anybody else, and he has $300 million dollars.

And it's not even a scandal!

Is there a possibility he was recruited by the CIA while he was in the Army?

That his discharge and his NSA stint were a cover for another level of training, before he graduated to his Swiss cover?

Booz Allen Hamilton is majority owned by private equity firm The Carlyle Group, while Booz & Company is owned and operated as a partnership. On November 17, 2010, Booz Allen’s shares of common stock began trading at the New York Stock Exchange.

“The term ‘Muslim Brotherhood’...is an umbrella term for a variety of movements, in the case of Egypt, a very heterogeneous group, largely secular, which has eschewed violence and has decried Al Qaeda as a perversion of Islam,” ... “They have pursued social ends, a betterment of the political order in Egypt, et cetera.....In other countries, there are also chapters or franchises of the Muslim Brotherhood, but there is no overarching agenda, particularly in pursuit of violence, at least internationally.”

If Booz Allen Hamilton was paying him $200,000 then they were probably charging out about $650,000 to the NSA. We are being hosed by the spending practices of our government.

It makes more sense to me than a community organizer becoming president.

Talented computer people can make 200k without college, trust me.

This scandal is happening while Obama is in office, and yes, Zero’s government does target conservatives, mostly Christians.

But, sadly, the same thing would be going on under a Republican President. Because the government would still be contracting with Carlyle/Booze/etc., that Utah data center would still be going up.

Because globalisters will make sure that the Repub candidate is one who will work with them.

This is a globalism project. If the American people don’t get that, and elect a Republican thinking the problem will go away, they will be sadly mistaken.

Obama is not a commie, he’s not a muslim, he’s a globalist. Just ask Penny Pritzker, and convince her that you won’t tell anyone what she says.

Penny is not a commie. Maybe for us, but not for her.

Communism is a front working on behalf of the super-rich.

IT skills trump educational resumes in this world and old guys like me have been slow to realize that.

The public education people are desperate to incorporate computers and modern devices into their institutions to remain relevant.
