Don’t laugh, but I believe the next development will be a pardon by Obama for Lerner and the rest for any crimes they committed. This will stop the Congressional hearings dead. Obama’s approval among his idiot worshippers will carry him through.
IANAL, but I believe that this would mean that Lerner and anyone else involved in the scandal could then be compelled to testify, since they could no longer incriminate themselves. IMO, they're going under the bus.
