White House Press Secretary Jay Carney says the president is traveling to Texas tomorrow because while there’s lots of gridlock and partisan infighting in Washington, the Lone Star State is home to the kind of economic growth Obama wants to highlight. President Obama will tour a high-tech high school and a chip-machine manufacturer near Austin on Thursday. So, why Texas, where Rick Perry credits Republicans for the state’s economic success?

Yeah....Obama wants to go down there and take credit. Put on that cowboy hat and look like Django, I guess.

Well, there is a concerted effort to turn Texas into a battleground state, and ultimately blue...

They are almost there...

Might as well get his victory lap started...

Just one or two cities down there are blue, that is it.

Because Obama is going there to claim credit for the Democrats.

Why Texas? To suck it dry, that’s why. He sees something working based on the free market, and he is working to take it over, just like democrats do any successful city, town, or state.

It’s also in retaliation for Perry’s recruiting trip to Chicago recently.

There’s reasons that Texas is doing great, and it has nothing to do with Obama, in fact, it’s doing good in spite of Obama.

He wants their money, their independence, and he wants to start unionization there, as well.

He should be booed off the stage at every venue!

Most likely the “booing” is coming from the small turnout at the rallies in TX when Obama comes to town.

I say Obama is JEALOUS of the “sucess” of one Sen. Ted Cruz.

That’s kinda like the early explorers who came to new (for them) countries and claimed it for Spain, France, England, etc., overlooking the fact that there were people already there.

Well, he just got back from his apology tour to Mexico. Maybe he’ll go to San Antonio and apologize for the Mexicans in Santa Anna’s army who were killed by the defenders of the Alamo.
