Excllent analysis. The problem is global islam which Beyond public and private islam. These muslim countries can have public islam all they want as long as they leave other countries and people alone. Thats the problem. They are not content with muslim countries of slaves. They want to dominate and control the world. It is the cancerous growth of public islam into global islam that is the problem. Few. politicians will address it.

This is true for any ideology based on conquest. If it's not expanding, then it's shrinking and dying. This issue dominated just about any empire that's ever been. Even the mighty Roman Empire collapsed when it ceased expanding.

There is no such thing as "leaving other countries alone." It's not difficult to see what would happen if they were ever successful in establishing a world-wide Caliphate: It would collapse under its own weight within a generation, leaving a world in a new dark age.
