Another gem from the ivory tower of academia...
Yo, Prof... You need to step away from the “Communist Manifesto” and get out and get an eyeful of the REAL world. It’s not the fanciful progressive utopia you and your ilk envision!
Per experiences in Iraq - I would estimate that the next time - the explosions will be multiple - strung out in delayed fuses like they were in Boston - but set up along routes to target first responders - and large enough to disrupt local emergency logistics...conducted in multiple cities - and those that survive will be waiting in ambush...so numbers are going to count in the near future.
“The study of insurgencies can be overwhelming and tiresome at times - it’s only when you are directly involved through a life and death struggle as insurgents attack your position does the subject become interesting!” JH White
Stupid is as stupid does
“We Used “Too Much Force” Capturing Boston Bombers”
Maybe he’d like to attend the funeral of the victims or maybe he’d like to go to the rehab facility where legless victims need to re construct their lives, and say the same thing to THEM!
(without reading the article) Is that professor Bill “free as a bird” Ayers making that claim?
We? Speak for yourself bee - otch!
WE? WE? I believe the world's dumbest frog has been found in this guy's pocket.
The author...
This (b)itch needs to crawl back under the rock from which she came...or maybe she can put on her knee pads and crawl under the desk in the Oval Orifice.
Why would anybody even report such drivel?
Someone should send those pictures to that A$$hole.
As if the professor has any real-world experience?
As if professors know more than anyone else?
Professors have become a caricature of themselves.
We are to take their advice from the 60’s and question them constantly, not trust them, and certainly not give them a moment of respect.
(Hillsdale excluded.)
Typical communist loser. Hates this country and loves people who hate it.
I though most freepers did not approve of the way the man-hunt was conducted and used terms like, ‘govt invasion’ or ‘thugs’, or ‘police state’, etc. How is that different from what this person says?
I agree. We used far too much force. Putting an entire city on martial law to catch one punk is insane. They trampled the constitutional rights of THOUSANDS and endangered them. Dragging people out of their homes and sticking guns in their faces... and in the end none of that caught the guy. They only found him after the lock down was over because a citizen saw something and phoned it in. They trampled all those rights and risked those lives for nothing.
I would agree, if the good professor was referring to the wholesale violations of the 4th Amendment that took place for virtually the entire town of Watertown, with thousands of innocent families being herded from their homes at gunpoint without any probable cause reasonable suspicion, or specific exigent circumstances... but I doubt that is the topic behind that comment.
