That’s him climbing into the boat, in the homeowner’s backyard? If so, who took the picture? And why wasn’t said picture reported to the authorities earlier?

It CAN’T be him climbing OUT of the boat as he supposedly shot himself??

The tarp looks all torn up. If he's climbing into the boat how did it get fixed before the cops came and tore it up again?

He had already been in the boat at that point. The cover was ripped off when he was laying down inside the boat.

I'm confused too. There is thermal imaging video from a helicopter and you can see a hot-spot, his body, in the boat. They remove the tarp more, and a couple of flash-bang grenades explode in the boat a few feet from him. The body doesn't move or flinch.

Perhaps he was already unconscious from the previous night's injuries, they knocked him out with some type of gas, or something. Or perhaps he was freshly dead and hadn't cooled yet. But it sure was odd.

And then, to climb up over the gunwale on his own efforts? And after shooting himself in the head/neck? If I had just gone through all of that, tried to kill myself, and knew I was surrounded; I would have been so tired and beat I would have thought to myself “Screw ‘em. If they want me so bad, THEY can climb up here and get me.”
