President Obama heartily endorsed Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubios proposed 800-page immigration reform bill. This bill would speed the normalization of life for immigrants already living here while providing the Administration with much needed flexibility in enforcement, Obama declared.
Under the bill, all those currently living here illegally would be granted amnesty if they come forward and identify themselves. At the same time, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) would be given five years to come up with a plan for improving border security.
The trust Senator Rubios bill demonstrates for our efforts to manage the problem is impressive, the President said. I have been told that there are over 400 categories under which officers of the DHS would have the authority to exempt or excuse actions taken by those who have entered the country illegally. This latitude moves us from a position of rigid reliance upon written rules to one where human judgment can intervene. It makes me confident that real people rather than static words will govern the America of the future.

Fire Rubio! Deport the Gang of Eight! Kill the Bill!
That seems so unfair, shouldn't they have ten?
Rubio got suckered. An endorsement by Hussein should send up a flag.
Rubio is a trator to the constitution and the law.. On top of that he is stupid and will be instrumental in the final well deserved death of the republican party
We have to legalize them because they are driving around without driver license... really?
Pathetic. Go waterboard yourself Marco ....
But the GOP keeps on sending those “Surveys” through the mail asking totally useless obvious questions that, if they didn’t know the answers of, should all be fired.
Turn over the page and there is the request for money.
I don’t even think that the GOP bothers looking at the survey answers. That’s why I don’t bother responding.
So much promise this guy had but he got to DC and turned RINO. Of course maybe we got suckered and he was one to begin with.
Why not? it’s the same as his.
To find out if something is good or not, look at who endorses it. I’d say an Obama endorsement cooks Rubio and his legislation.
Rubio’s bill, I thought he was one of cosponsors. Of course, his excellency gets to do to things with this comment, remove Rubio from the playing field for 2016 and at the same time give his side cover in this matter. Meanwhile, Rubio was one of 39 senators who voted as we would want on all the gon bills, I wonder why his excellency did not mention that also, rhetorical question of course.
Schumer duped Rubio and Rubio has spent the last 3 months duping conservative talk radio; namely Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh. Mark and Rush have a fatal man crush on Rubio, and we’d all be better off if they realized that Rubio is damaged goods. Rubio said in January that he would walk away from any bill which did not secure the boards first, before any legalization. Whether he was all in from the start and intentionally duped conservatives, or he is just naive, the guy must be relegated to back bencher.
If he is such a great communicator, he should be able to communicate to voters why we need the border secured and why the Democrats are wrong, instead of folding and going along with the will of Schumer. Rubio is becoming an enemy to the conservative base.
By the way the story is satire, but I still stand by my comments.
I thought he was going to be our next Reagan.
How I miss, and wish we could find another Reagan.
But then again, Reagan gave us the first Amnesty that caused us to lose California forever.
Amazing how satire is so beliveable these days!
Kiss of death for Rubio politically.
Kiss of death.
Thus endeth Rubio’s fond hope of ever getting the GOP nomination. Obama will endorse any of these gullible Republican wanna-be presidents, knowing it’s the kiss of death for them.
Too bad Ted Cruz was born in Canada. He’s the only one Hussein couldn’t bring himself to support.
Why are you posting fiction in a news category? I don’t come hear to read fantasy.
Anything Hussein is for can’t be good for our country. And any bill that increases the number of undocumented Democrats certainly can’t be good.
