Low information voters, well hopefully not all vote, but it looks like CA, so they are probably representative of the general population.
I am starting to rebel against that phrase; it is too kind and too polite to describe what these people are, outright stupid or don't give a damn about liberty. They go along to get along. They would sign petitions for their own execution if presented correctly.
