Butter-Knife-Wielding Girl Stopped by School Officials; Pears Shaken but Unharmed

You can’t make this stuff up.
A 13-year-old girl was suspended for one day from Wamsutta Middle School in Massachussetts because she brought a butter knife to school. She needed the knife to cut the pear packed in her lunch because she wears braces that prevent her from simply biting into the fruit.
Morgan LaPlaume told WXFT-TV that the principal spotted the deadly weapon on the lunch table and hauled her miscreant behind into his office.
“As we were walking to his office I asked him and he said you are not allowed to have knives in school, and I said I was using it to cut my pear, I wasn’t harming any other student, and he said I know, but it’s the policy,” said the deceptively pixie-like Morgan.
As the mothers of hardened criminals often do, Morgan’s mom, Melissa LaPlaume made excuses for her little felon.

We have stood aside and allowed liberals to create a total alternate reality in our schools.
That must change.
Didnt ANY of the MORONS have the brains to cut-up her pear and then take the knife to the office and hold it for her????
Aid and abet the crime??? Become an accessory after the fact? Participate in a conspiracy? School personnel could get in serious trouble for doing that!

A butter knife is nothing but a small spatula.
In school we all used metal cutlery knives. No one tried to stab each other. A fork was a better weapon.
Stupidity seems to rule in school administrations now.
Not to mention touching Michelle Obama un-approved food.
School policy: Thugs who assault other children are allowed to do as they please. Good students who bring knives to cut their lunch or draw pictures of guns and do nothing wrong are punished,
Gun control: Thugs who commit crimes are allowed to do as they please. Law abiding citizens who own guns are punished.

Pears are deathly afraid of a butterknife ... especially if they are in a nice, homemade jar of Pear Butter. Her actual 'peers', probably not as much as the article would like you to believe.

I think that in a free land like America a trial by a jury of her pears is in order.
Department of Education to limit eating utensils to penitentiary approved spoons along with government approved food.
