Seems to me that Mark Kelly broke the law in attempting to play the role of straw buyer. He also would have had to lie on the form where it asks if you are buying for yourself or someone else.
Kelly’s attempt to curry favor with the left fell flat on it’s face. Not to mention the shenanigans with the gun purchase, his daughters deadly weapon(a pitbull(I think)) misfired and killed a baby sea lion yesterday and Kelly had to pull the dog off.
Stick a fork in him...he’s done.
