The humans involved may be pretty clueless, but a “backstage view” a la Screwtape Letters might read very much like this.
If I was one of those teens, I’d screw around with their heads and make them nervous.
“I don’t believe that these are quality products. How about we test them right here and now! First go get a rope and asphyxiate yourselves to turn me on..yeaaaa...”
The truly disturbing part is that the teens are taking all this crap seriously and treating lowlifes with respect. They also did nothing to protect the teacher who cared for them.
In a generation or two, this country will deserve total annihilation.
