very fascinating. it seems pretty clear that the agents know they dont have the right to do what they are doing, and once challenged they back down.
could also be that the driver seems obviously to be a native of the US, and maybe they think it just isnt worth the hassle. i wonder if the same result wold have been if the driver spoke with a heavy accent.
scary look at the prison guard mentality in people
WHY wouldn’t anyone answer one question at a border checkpoint?
How should the agent determine if one has a legal right to be in our countrt?
The object of these checkpoints is to keep ILLEGALS out
The supremes ruled that a checkpoint within 75 miles of a border is like a border and anyone going through it must identify themselves the same as if it was the actual vorder.
the supremes ruled this asking for ID and if you are a citizen does NOT violate the 4th amendment
would these people rather have open borders/
I enjoyed and learned from this video, thanks. I like the technique of responding with questions instead of answers such as “Am I being detained?” followed with “Am I free to go?” and pleading the Fifth.
For later.
Aren’t there ways of going state-to-state by using roads without checkpoints instead of major highways where there is one?

this is how they lock down the freeways. they will. look at all the interstates within these 100 mile zones. 2/3 of the population drives these freeways. it’s all about restricting us citizen internal travel.
