Kansas has some really smart people and some really stupid ones.Brownback was and is little more than a RINO.
But we have Conservatives on the Local levels that push him to do these sorts of things.
Proud to be from and in Kansas.
P.S. I heard on KMBZ that Missouri is going ape over this, but the Democrats say don't worry it will cause Kansas to have a deficit. Lols!

Use a waterhose and soap on Lawrence, and chase the feral entitlement zombies out of Topeka and Wichita, and Kansas would be more conservative than a John Birch convention.

Instead of replying with the usual form letters, he had some nasty things to say to conservative marriage and family advocates during the '90s. He served certain "progressive" influences from Washburn, N.O.W. and remnants of the old mob in southeast KS.
