Instead of replying with the usual form letters, he had some nasty things to say to conservative marriage and family advocates during the '90s. He served certain "progressive" influences from Washburn, N.O.W. and remnants of the old mob in southeast KS.

I remember when he was campaigning for Senator back in like 2004 or whenever it was.
He stopped by my Sisters High School and she got to ask him a question on Illegal Immigration and he simply danced around it.
Pitiful.
