Looks like my Sheriff David O. Livingston in the Contra Costa County is not up there. From what I understand only CCW are issued to friends, and those who donate large amount. O well at least it is good know which sheriff do uphold the US Constitution.

That’s why we call So. Or & No. Calif. the State of Jefferson. Siskiyou County, Ca. is more conservative than just about anywhere and we don’t even claim the rest of California.
