Something is causing you to ‘go down’.
You need to find out what that ‘something’ is.
Putting a chemical band aid over a sucking chest wound is not the way to go.

Psychiatry is built as a castle upon the sand on rooting out that “something.” If you find it, and who could ever know it even exists let alone when it is found, a common answer is “So what?” Now you know; whattya do with that information? Nothing, really. They have to ship you off somewhere else to work on behavior.
