I don’t consider imprisonment an option.
Live free or die.
It’s not easy but it’s simple.

Considering the hundreds of thousands of real Americans who showed up on the national mall to listen to Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin, I imagine the number of Americans who would personally bring their "banned" weapons to Washington DC in response to an unconstitutional gun grab like this would be quite high. If DiFi wants our weapons that much, they might just be delivered personally (and peaceably, of course!) - exercising our First Amendment rights in conjunction with our Second Amendment rights.

Fienstein = democrat
Obama = democrat
Pelosi = democrat
Reid = democrat
news media = democrat
Seeing a pattern yet?
Democrats/communists want to take away all our individual rights including those of owning anything be it guns or property ( that is socialism). Democrats always want to empower the government while at the same time dis-empowering the individual.
When will it be time to name the enemy of freedom and of America ? the enemy are democrats

What’s the purpose of registering and accounting for all guns? TO CONFISCATE THEM.

It’s not an ex post facto law. You are not being punished for activity that is currently legal. Rather, the legal status of things that you own now is being changed, and you will be punished after the date of the legal status change.

Funny, she doesn’t look all that much like a Nazi, but she sure is acting like a fascist. What happened to freedom and liberty Di? Can I call you Di? I mean after all, if you’re going to ram your nose into my private life this deep I think we at least ought to be on a first name basis.

What Fienstein and ALL democrats think: “ All property belongs to the government , the individual should have no right to own anything , nor any individual rights like what to say, where to live , what to buy , only what government bureaucrats say they can do”

I would buy a $500 wreck, report it stolen, park it in the middle of a busy DC intersection or thoroughfare, set it afire and walk the rest of the way.
A few like minds could bring the city to a standstill.

I'm sorry, but of the thousands of people blustering on the Internet about resisting gun confiscation or "civil war", or even having the famous "canoe accident", only a handful of people are actually going to do anything. When push comes to shove, we will submit. Those of us who can afford to will pay our outrageous rental fees for our own property to the government, and then when we die, our family will quietly turn our guns over to the federal government as required. Those who can't afford to NFA their gun collections will turn them in. Why? Because we all have too much to lose. We have houses, savings, 401ks. We have sons and daughters to whom we are responsible. We have marriages to protect. We have comfortable lives, and when it comes down to it, no one will be willing to risk all of that, much less death, for a hobby. I mean, how many of you keyboard revolutionaries have thought about what resistance would actually look like? You've built bizzare heroic fantasies about shooting down the black-clad ninjas, or the "blue helmeted UN NWO storm troopers" or whomever that are invading your home. That's not going to happen. You will die quickly in a hail of gunfire, your family will die in poverty hating you, and you will be remembered as an insane terrorist. So have you thought about a dirty war, and what you would actually be willing to do in it? The people who are going to be tasked with your disarmarment are our friends and neighbors. They are, by and large, good people who will be following orders issued by a duly-elected government. These people go to your churches. Their kids play soccer and go to school with your kids. They are not faceless, evil, jack-booted thugs - they are Americans just like us. No, in the end, we will all submit.

According to a summary on the senators website, concealed carry license holder Feinsteinwho proposed an outright ban on all handguns while packing her own for self-defensewill demand that owners of guns affected by her legislation: pay a $200 fee for EACH banned weapon owned; submit pictures, fingerprints and register AWs with the ATF; have local law enforcement attest to the owners identity and specify the address at which each weapon will be kept. Why not? If you accept the notion that it is OK for the government to require exactly the same type of onerous restrictions on automatic weapons and silencers, you should be fine with this.
Personally I think the entire notion that we have to jump through any hoops for any weapon is evil.

ALL Amendments to the Constitution will come with a price, but lots of attractive “options”, like “rental”.
FREE SPEECH, for example, could be purchased for 30-day periods as long as you can PROVE you haven’t exercised it for a period of , say, ONE YEAR. It will be sort of like “carbon credits”, or tax breaks for artists, as long as they dutifully fill out the necessary paperwork for depreciation of their old tubes of Burnt Sienna or Raw Umber and how much of each tube was used during the past fiscal year.
It’s really pretty simple.

“Whats the purpose of registering and accounting for all guns? TO CONFISCATE THEM.”
Next, like Australia, a mandatory “buy back.”

I SO agree. The time is coming (actually it’s NOW), when a march needs to occur on D.C.
