58 Caddy is behind the driver’s side rear lights; ‘58 Chevy is below the trunk in the center segment.

Thanks. Was it the 55/56/57 Chebbys that had it behind the light? I thought some of them did, not just the Caddy.

I see at least the '56 Chevy did from RGVTx's response. Now, if I could only remember what I had for lunch yesterday... I can still remember the SBC firing order - 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. That even worked on my '69 Roadrunner's 383, but, IIRC, the Mopar distributor twisted bass-ackwards from the Chevy.

81% The Big three were easy! Others I was not familiar with!
Of course a Nash was easy to spot!
And yes that is the SBC Firing order! If you owned a GM 350 and had to do major work on it you never forgot once learned or CW and the intake had it on it!
I remember replacing my cam and lifters and got it all back together, no run! I called my cousin the MECH and he said did you TDC it?
I said what’s that! He just chuckled ans said start takin it apart!

I know Ford and GM better but do know Chryslers pretty well, had an aunt and uncle who always had one. Even Plymouth and Dodge are distinctive to me once you get to ‘57 and beyond. But before that? They look very much alike. If there’s no ram hood ornament visible I may as well just flip a coin, lol.

I’m just a car nut from childhood. I missed seeing any of these new on the road. Must’ve been something to see, they’re beautiful, most are anyway. A few strange ones.
