Thanks. Was it the 55/56/57 Chebbys that had it behind the light? I thought some of them did, not just the Caddy.

I see at least the '56 Chevy did from RGVTx's response. Now, if I could only remember what I had for lunch yesterday... I can still remember the SBC firing order - 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. That even worked on my '69 Roadrunner's 383, but, IIRC, the Mopar distributor twisted bass-ackwards from the Chevy.

81% The Big three were easy! Others I was not familiar with!
Of course a Nash was easy to spot!
And yes that is the SBC Firing order! If you owned a GM 350 and had to do major work on it you never forgot once learned or CW and the intake had it on it!
I remember replacing my cam and lifters and got it all back together, no run! I called my cousin the MECH and he said did you TDC it?
I said what’s that! He just chuckled ans said start takin it apart!
