I Quit (How to scam welfare in 2012)
Ricochet ^ | December 6, 2012 | Ryan M.

If you are foolish enough to answer truthfully on an application for state assistance, do not despair. The state has thought of that, and does not discriminate against the foolish; you will likely be given multiple opportunities to lie, and you will eventually get your fair share. Always remember that it is best to consult your state and federal poverty guidelines before you subjectively determine what you can or cannot afford. The numbers do not lie, even if you have to lie to fall within them.

Please allow me to repeat that: there are state and federal poverty guidelines. Allow a moment for that to sink in. Yesterday, I made a trip to the grocery store to pick up some dinner items. I saw an enormous bag of generic cereal for about three dollars. I saw a box of Ramen noodles, consisting of some 50 packages, for three dollars and 29 cents. That is dinner for two months. It isn't all that healthy, but it is food. Breakfast and dinner for months and it will cost you about six bucks. That is the bare minimum. That is subsistence. That, perhaps, is poverty. Where that is poverty, there is no poverty.

Peter Robinson recently posted an article stating that the United States has eliminated poverty, and it has. But how does our omniscient government determine poverty? Just consult the state and federal poverty guidelines. Today's poverty is yesterday's kingship. Yet it is a human right. Human rights evolve, I suppose.

I have had a difficult week. This afternoon, I sat next to an indignant man who had been denied court-appointed counsel. He whined to the court that, after all, he has bills to pay! You see, he had made the mistake of filling out the form honestly. That is bush league...

Great column. I recommend everybody here go apply for welfare and food stamps tomorrow. Also, “twist your back” like a Boston fireman and apply for SSDI. Get as much of your money back from scumbag government as you possibly can before the Democrat moocher base gobbles it all up. Lie if you have to, especially if the government doesn’t care. Also, if there is a section for indicating “race”, do I need to tell you what box to check?

A previous posting based off of this idea.

I am so pissed off!!! They want their Socialism, let’s give them it, and give them it so much they choke on the damned stuff!

Time to accelerate the Inevitable Decline and pin the blame exactly where it belongs.... Liberalism/collectivism/communism/socialism...

If the dead can vote...

If the Dead can vote then the dead gotta be able to eat and do many other things that a normal person can do, well except hold a job and be a productive member of society.

The Dead Gotta Eat...

It just occurred to me, all those dead voters need to eat too, I mean if you are dead and you just spent a long election season voting several times for your favorite democrat president, the food stamp president and you get bupkiss for your your vote, well nuts to that, why not sign your corpse-y self up for some government cheese? I mean if dead people gotta vote, dead people gotta eat too?

If Obama is gonna double down in his second term, why not double down on his food stamp numbers by making sure that his favorite voting block is asking “what can government do for me”....

So grab a shovel and a piece of paper and pencil and an acorn clipboard and head down to the local cemetery to sign up the dead tired, starving to death, and those who are just dying to get a good meal or two...

The dead gotta eat, and voting is hungry work.... Starve the beast by feeding the dead...

The Dead Gotta Read...

You gotta be able to read to vote and the dead are no exception. I would suspect that the dead read things like the New Your Slimes, Washington Compost, Mother Bones, and the Rolling GraveStones... So every single magazine subscription card you get need not be thrown away, instead fill it out with name of the dead voter and the address of their residence which would be the cemetery. The dead have got to be able to read all the liberal crap magazines because after all they vote Democrat Every Single Time....

The dead gotta read, cause you gotta read to vote... Starve the liberal MSM media beast...

The Dead need a Phone...

Besides Voting the dead gotta be able to take phone calls, how else are they supposed to respond to pollsters asking them which way they will vote. It is so very hard to get a landline installed at your grave-site these days but there is a solution, the magical Obamaphone is just the thing. Sign up all these poor “Living Impaired - Americans” to an Obama Phone or two, heck they may need more phones as after the batteries run out in their first phone they can’t recharge them, I haven’t seen too many electrical sockets in graveyards.

The Dead gotta be Polled... Starve the Beast by Picking up the Courtesy phone...

Many may think this is humor but it is not supposed to be funny, and many here have talked about “Going Galt”....

To heck with “going Galt” it is too slow, instead of going just over their heads by going Galt and refusing to be a maker, Go WAY OVER THEIR HEADS and “Poll Vault” by becoming a SUPER TAKER, or an “Under Maker” and sign up the dead to as many social programs and government freebies as undead-humanly possible.

If it is good enough for an election system that the UN observers from crap-hole countries are surprised about how insecure it is. But the left cries “voter suppression” like a stuck pig when a simple fraud prevention measure like photo ID is required by a state, then why the hell should the welfare state and the apparatus that supports it be any different.

When you are fighting against people who’s playbook is dedicated to satan (rules for radicals), you have to start using the playbook written by cuthulu!

Trying to play Mr. Rogers doesn’t work when the Civil Society has been destroyed by the “Great Society”, it is time to play Mr. Machiavelli.

To hell with Civil Disobedience, it is past that now, it is now time for Economic Disobedience, and Social Program Disobedience.

They want Communism, Maybe we should give them so much damned communism they choke on the damn stuff by collapsing the socialist systems they have “frog boiled” us into taking. We MUST shove that communism they love so DAMNED MUCH so DAMNED far down their DAMNED throats that they will still be crapping out hammers and sickles after they become the “Voting Dead” because they will be ANYWAY.

But is must be done SOON, because once they take away certain parts or all of amendments 1-10, the quick reset option will not be possible, just misery and Soviet style decline.

Download and print out the Spanish language forms for it, I’ll bet dollars to doughnuts that they do less “checking” if the form is in Spanish... heck or any other language.

Go Cloward-Piven on them!

(Hey, can you go "Cloward-Piven/Galt"? Just wondering.)

The final outcome of Cloward-Piven is the collapse of the existing system and its replacement with a socialist-collectivist model. There are some who have advocated a conservative version of Cloward-Piven wherein the collapse leads to a more libertarian-minimalist system. Maybe, but its a roll of the dice in either case. History indicates that the collapse of a democracy from overspending on socialist programs generally results in a tyranny as its replacement.

For years I have thought the ONLY way we can make a real difference is to do exactly what you propose here. We need to pick a certain date and all head down to social services on that day. Back the line up months, deluge the system.

Marxist systems ALWAYS require gulags and purges, cults of paranoia, cultural revolution, barbed wire, the whole deal. ‘You can’t have one without the (hip-hip) o-o-o-other!’

We’re at a point now where the sooner they build the Wall, the sooner we can knock it down.

Well, my recommendation was mostly tongue-in-cheek, but I think we're heading towards a Cloward-Piven collapse either way.

Also, I don't see anything good coming from it.

Reminds me of “special” services sent in to help after Katrina - the folks (mainly fat Black ladies) coached applicants on how to lie to get benefits they didn’t deserve. I overheard on older gentleman saying that it looked like he didn’t qualify because he didn’t meet the criteria and he was told not to worry - nobody would be checking...

Goodness gracious Grace. You sure have a bee in your bonnet.

I laughed myself silly when I saw that what I had just read was written by a sweet little lady. lol. You got the spunk of Granny Clampet.

Grace, your post is one for the ages although at the present ‘going-ons’ that won’t be too long now.

I came to America to escape statism. Now it just comes looking for you. I really enjoyed reading your Final Solution. The sad part is, after this last election, we are all feeling like zombies. So let’s get those zombie benefits.

I saw a box of Ramen noodles, consisting of some 50 packages, for three dollars and 29 cents. That is dinner for two months.

Ramen Noodles are there for people who are not on government assistance.
For many, it is all that they can afford while dutifully paying their taxes.

Yesterday I went to Wal-mart. I was behind a large black woman with two buggies, one was full of meats(expensive) meats, and the other buggy had cases of beer and cases of candy. She pulled out her EBT card and the cashier said she could not charge beer on the card.
The black woman started cursing and throwing such a fit the cashier called the manager and the manager Okayed the purchase. I paid for my pack of hamburger, and happen to follow the b-tch to the parking lot and to my surprise her new Lexus was parked in a handicapped slot next to van.... I give up.

The Head Of A Household Of Four Making Minimum Wage May Have More Disposable Income Than A Family Making $60,000 A Year

From Wyatt Emerich of The Cleveland Current. [Editor Note: The Cleveland Current gave this reply from their editor:

“Wyatt Emmerich wrote a guest commentary for us that time. He is president of Emmerich Newspapers Inc. The article did appear in our paper, as with the Northside Sun, one of his [news]papers. It is not a hoax. It is not online at our site, only available in print version.”]

Emmerich analyzes disposable income and economic benefits among several key income classes and comes to the stunning (and verifiable) conclusion that "a one-parent family of three making $14,500 a year (minimum wage) has more disposable income than a family making $60,000 a year." And that excludes benefits from Supplemental Security Income disability checks.

First of all, working one week a month, saves big-time on child care. But the real big-ticket item is Medicaid, which has minimal deductibles and copays. By working only one week a month at a minimum wage job, a provider is able to get total medical coverage for next to nothing.

Compare this to the family provider making $60,000 a year. A typical Mississippi family coverage would cost around $12,000, adding deductibles and copays adds an additional $4,500 or so to the bill. That's a huge hit.

Almost all welfare programs have Web sites where you can call up "benefits calculators." Just plug in your income and family size and, your benefits are automatically calculated.

And while most private workplaces require drug testing, there is no drug testing to get welfare; welfare does not judge you if you are stupid enough not to take drugs all day.

You can do as well working one week a month at minimum wage as you can working $60,000-a-year, full-time, high-stress job.

My chart tells the story. It is pretty much self-explanatory.

http://www.zerohedge.com/sites/default/files/images/user5/imageroot/Money%20Earned.jpg

The chart is quite revealing. A one-parent family of three making $14,500 a year (minimum wage) has more disposable income than a family making $60,000 a year.

If the family provider works only one week a month at minimum wage, he or she makes 92 percent as much as a provider grossing $60,000 a year.

The full-time $60,000-a-year job is going to be much more demanding than working one week a month at minimum wage. Presumably, the low-income parent will have more energy to attend to the various stresses of managing a household.

If the one-week-a-month worker maintains an unreported cash-only job on the side, the deal gets better than a regular $60,000-a-year job. In this scenario, you maintain a reportable, payroll deductible, low-income job for federal tax purposes. This allows you to easily establish your qualification for all these welfare programs. Then your black-market job gives you additional cash without interfering with your benefits. Some economists estimate there is one trillion in unreported income each year in the United States.

Even if you didn’t cheat, you could do almost as well working one week a month at minimum wage than at a $60,000-a-year job.

Also, SSI pays $8,088 per year for each "disabled" family member. A person can be deemed "disabled" if thy are totally lacking in the cultural and educational skills needed to be employable in the workforce.

If you add $24,262 a year for three disability checks, the lowest paid welfare family would now have far more take-home income than the $60,000-a-year family.
