I am conjuring up a swat like team descending on a local pizzeria and dragging the owner out in cuffs because the micrometer showed a slice one RCH out of kilter.

On this forum can you explain what you mean by an "RCH"?

That’s an old military term for “a tiny bit”. The first word is “red”; the last is “hair”. I’ll leave the middle one for you. :=)

Well, I could, but seeing as how I am a gentleman and have manners, I prefer not to.

However, observing the way you worded your question you obviously know the significance and already knew the answer.

On a related subject, “Tain’t” comes to mind.
