Yep, except that there is no guarantee that they won't spend more on something else,especially with all these Continuing Resolutions being used in lieu of Budgets.

Although there is always the tactic of the producers going on strike. Only when the takers have nothing left to take form the producers will things change.

When cities, states and now even countries need more tax revenue, they simply raise taxes thinking if I my X revenue and I raise taxes by Y, they should get a linear increase. In reality the revenues decrease because wealth has mobility. Look at Briton, France, NY, California, Baltimore, etc. Oppressively tax the rich, the rich relocate.

I always thought Big tobacco should have done that in the 90’s. When they where being extorted for large sums of cash they should have just said, “You are right. Our products are bad. Tomorrow we discontinue all production of tobacco products.” Imagine what would have happened if tens of billions of tax revenue disappeared over night with no warning. That is the kind of shakeup that is needed.

The Republicans should pick up the slogan, NO BALANCED BUDGET NO TAXES.

Encourage all Americans to ask for extensions on taxes unless there is a balanced budget finished.

Demand a stopping of the 40 billion a month QE printing.

Tariffs, get out of the WTO Naffta.

Tax on all incomes to pay for illegal immigration, call it a immigration tax.

Run ProLife Conservative Latinos and have them preach that the democrats have hoodwinked them into supporting the things that go against their family and religion and culture, HOMOSEXUALITY AND ABORTION
Shift to offense.
