So here is a bizarre twist in the David Petraeus resignation saga.
Paula Broadwell, the biographer revealed as the woman having a secret affair with the now-former CIA director, gave a talk at the University of Denver on Oct. 26 in which she appeared to reveal sensitive, maybe even classified, information about the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi.
The most interesting revelation is her claim that the CIA was holding two Libyan militia members prisoner, which may have prompted the attack. (Though she also sought to explain the Obama administration's initial view that the attack was linked to the YouTube video Innocence of Muslims, an anti-Islam polemic that sparked riots across the Muslim world.)

The Republican Party is standing on quicksand with this last election waterloo. They had better wake up and smell the coffee. There are a lot of people mad as hell and will never give another dime to the Republican Party.

I appreciate your sentiments and passion but we have been saying this about this decrepit, incestuous and ineffective political machine since 2005. Already they are pumping Jeb Bush for 2016.
Too few will pull the trigger on the GOP and have done with it. We will be back at this same place on Armistice Day of 2014.
I believe a Phoenix will rise out of the ashes. That Phoenix may not be the Republican Party. The Zer0 Regime has ruined America for our children. They are on the course to destroy America for future mankind.

If Ansar al-Sharia wanted to get 2 prisoners from the annex, why did they attack the consulate, and only attack the annex many hours later, when the US security retretated to that position? Did they mistakenly think the prisoners were in the consulate?
